Join our ICF team

ICF is excited to announce new positions in support of multiple proposals within the Office of Refugee Resettlement. We are seeking passionate individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of Unaccompanied Children. Our team requires a blend of language, subject matter, and technical expertise to serve this population sensitively and effectively.

ORR Case Coordination Program

The ORR Case Coordination program is designed to enhance the safety and well-being of unaccompanied children (UC) by leveraging advanced technology and comprehensive strategies. The program involves identifying, tracking, mitigating, and transparently reporting risks through real-time data analysis and reporting. This approach ensures the integrity and reliability of services while providing actionable insights. Case Coordinators, who are essential non-governmental contractor field staff, serve as local liaisons between ORR, care providers, and stakeholders. They conduct independent, high-quality assessments to ensure the safety of UC and support timely release decisions. Their role includes integrating insights from Case Managers, Child Advocates, and other stakeholders into release plans that prioritize the child's physical and mental well-being.

ORR National Call Center (NCC)

The ORR National Call Center (NCC) is a mission-critical service designed to ensure the health and safety of Unaccompanied Children (UC) after they leave ORR's care. The NCC provides resources and assistance to these children via a 1-800 phone number that receives inbound calls from both children and families. The NCC also operates a Sexual Abuse Hotline (SAH), which is an essential component of the program. The call center staff includes call specialists, senior managers, licensed clinicians, QA specialists, and teams focused on unification with sponsors and post-release support.

ORR Mission Support Services

The ORR Mission Support Services contract is designed to provide comprehensive support to the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) and the Office on Trafficking in Persons (OTIP) within the Administration for Children and Families (ACF). The role of an ORR Contract Field Specialist is crucial in supporting the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) in promoting the health, well-being, and stability of refugees, unaccompanied children (UC), and other eligible individuals and families. These specialists are responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure compliance with relevant statutes, regulations, and agency policies. Additionally, ORR Contract Field Specialists are involved in developing training and technical assistance to support program compliance.
